The responsible partner reads the entire matter before the first reply. Timeline and fee estimates are communicated in writing at the outset and revised every fortnight. We are bound by the Statute of the Portuguese Bar Association (Law 145/2015) and by Law 6/2024 on forensic advertising: we do not promise outcomes, compare ourselves with other firms or present automatic eligibility.
